We and the people around us are susceptible to injuries, illnesses and trauma. Even with safety precautions in place, it is sometimes hard to tell when an injury may happen to us or the people we love or those around us. First Aid is the initial assistance given to a victim of an injury or illness. By being trained to render first aid assistance, you are able to manage the situation, help provide assistance to relieve the pain and minimise the risk of aggravation.

This course will equip participants with the practical and theoretical knowledge of handling emergencies. Upon the completion of this course, participants will be able to implement what they have learned when it comes to unforeseen circumstances in the home or workplace requiring immediate first aid attention.
